Jen is THE BEST! She knew we were first time homebuyers. The first time we met, she brought just the right amount of explaination, at our knowledge level, and asked all the right questions to patiently guide us through the process. The only thing better than her local knowledge and expertise was her responsiveness via all forms of communication (email, text, voice, etc). Put us at ease! When we were about to get tricked to pay more, she fought for us and got the best price, with a fully landscaped backyard and garage additions on our new house. Just ask her how much $$ she has bought/sold to date this year, compared with other agents in AZ....not even close! This by no way detracted from her personal touch with her clients. We recommend her to anyone and will use her again if we ever move out of our perfect house! This is a no brainer.

When we decided to put our house on the Market we shopped around. Jennifer was the only one who took the extra time to figure out what our house would sell to ensure a quick sale. She researched the market and didn't just tell us what she thought we wanted to hear. Once we chose Jennifer; she took the time to help us stage our home to make it more inviting to potential buyers. We utilized another agent initially but I became disenchanted, quickly, as my perception was the agent was working for the commission and not for us. I am a first time homebuyer and single parent, I have to say Jennifer made my first time home buying experience easy....she was not just an agent, she is also a teacher. I was referred to Jennifer Polansky by a coworker who has used her services as well. Once we made contact, she was on the ball and started to make things happen. After I looked through some listings, I gave her several that I liked. This gave her an idea of what I wanted, so she tailored my listings towards what I wanted, not what she was trying to sell. I was a first time home buyer, so approaching this process was nerve-racking to say the least. When I first contacted Jennifer, she happily told me about each step in the process. After I was pre-qualified, she helped me to find listing that were in my price range and was very patient (as I wanted to look at all of the properties). She helped me to narrow down my choices. I looked at 15 houses (she set everything up around my schedule and had very professional printouts explaining the details of the houses). The first house I offered on was accepted (I am convinced it is because of her detailed paperwork and timeliness). Because she is so quick with paperwork and getting you information, the entire documentation process goes very quickly. From the initial offer to getting my keys, the process took only 21 days! This may seem like a lot to most other first time home buyers, but I am told I hold a new record for conventional loans. Take my advice and use Jennifer. She is the best!

When interviewing a potential Realtor, never estimate there net worth by just Customer Service to the client... take the time to measure the ability to work well with others. There is no "I" in team, wether its working with a client, buyers agent, sellers agent, title, escrow, lending, appraiser, inspector etc... With all the pieces to the real estate pie it's best to work with somebody that can appreciate all aspects of a deal, and what it takes to make it all come together.
